Jacob Friedrich Eitel (1799-1869/70), son of Tobias Eitel and Barbara Bofinger, was born in Lomersheim, Wuerttemberg, Germany. He came to America in 1818. His first wife is unknown. Georg Heinrich Eitel (1817-1897) was born in Equarhofen, Bavaria to Johann Georg Eitel and wife, Eva Barbara Cronester. His wife, Margaretha Barbara Findeisen was born in Schrozberg, Wuerttemberg to Johann Michael Gottlieb Findeisen and Eva Maria Gehring. They immigrated to Canada and eventually settled in Norfolk County, Ontario. Descendants live in Ontario, Florida, New York, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and elsewhere.
