Thomas Lamb Eliot was born 13 October 1841 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the third child of fourteen children born to William Greenleaf Eliot (1811-1887) and Abby Adams Cranch (1817-1908). He married Henrietta Robins Mack, daughter of Samuel Ely Mack and Rebecca Robins, 28 November 1865. They had eight children. He died in 1936 in Portland, Oregon. Focuses on his career as a Unitarian minister.

Chiefly a record of some of the descendants of John Eliot, with a short life story of his life and his apostleship to the Indians. He was born ca. 20 Dec 1604. He married in Oct 1632 to Anne Mountfort. He died 20 May 1690 in Roxbury. She was born in England in 1604 and died 24 Mar 1687. They were the parents of five sons and one daughter. Descendants lived in Connecticut, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and elsewhere.
