James Farmer (1818-898) was born in Ireland. He immigrated to Prince Edward Island in 1847 and settled in what is now the village of Kinkora. He married Catherine McCarvill (1829-1891) in 1856. They had six children. Covers their descendants. Includes some information on James' three siblings, Catherine, Hugh and Patrick, and some of their descendants. The siblings were also immigrants to Prince Edward Island.
