John Hall (ca. 1750-1825) was born in Ireland. He married Nancy/Agness Robinson (ca. 1758-1824) before 1776. They emigrated to America in 1794, settling in upper New York. They had six children. Their descendants live throughout the United States.

Family history and genealogical information about the descendants of John Chittum who was born ca. 1750 in England. He married Nancy Sly and they immigrated to America sometime prior to the year 1778. John and Nancy lived in Goochland Co., Virginia and were the parents of six known children. John died in late May or early June of 1834. Descendants lived in Virginia, West Virginia, Texas, Alabama, Tennessee and elsewhere.
