John Bales (b.1640) emigrated from England to Salem, New Jersey in 1675, later moving to Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan and elsewhere.

Johann Reinert (1803-1855) married Angela Leinen, and lived in the Tunsdorf area of Germany, and had seven children between 1824 and 1843--with some descendants of three of the seven immigrating from Germany to Iowa. Descendants of these immigrants lived in Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Texas, Florida and elsewhere. Includes some descendants in Germany.

Velvil Fisch (1888-1971), son of Yitzkhak (Icheh) Fisch, married Malka Brody in 1905, and in 1906 immigrated from White Russia to Lisbon, Ohio, moving later to Detroit, Michigan; he anglicized his name to William Fisher. His brother, Beril Fisch (1893-1976), immigrated to join him in 1913, and anglicized his name to Ben Fisher.
