Records traces the descent from Rolph, the Norseman conquerer (ca. A.D. 860-932) to Edward Fitz Randolph (ca. 1615-ca. 1675), the pilgrim, who settled at Barnstable, Massachusetts, and from him to Thornton Fleming Fitz Randolph (1822-1900). He was born in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, the son of Stephen F. and Permelia Nutt Randolph. He married Lydia Grable (1816-1851) in 1844. They had three daughters. He married 2) Anne E. Hugh Dunn, parents unknown, became a freeman in 1663 at Dover, New Hampshire. He married Elizabeth Drake, daughter of Francis Drake and Mary, on 19 Dec 1670 at Piscataway, New Jersey. They had nine children. Hugh died 16 Nov 1694 at Piscataway. There is no mention of Elizabeth's death, however she was named executrix of Hugh's will. Their descendants have lived in New Jersey, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania and other areas throughout the United States....

William Bailey (b.ca.1579) and his family immigrated from England to Jamestown, Virginia in 1620. One of his sons, Thomas Bailey (ca.1616-1675), moved from Virginia to New London, Connecticut in 1655, and married Lydia Redfield. Descendants lived in New England, New York and elsewhere.

Jesse Orville Hornbeck was born probably in Indiana in 1901. He married three times, to Wilhemina Kinderman, Lettie Hardwick, and Lucy Alexander. He was the father of 13 children. Edward Fitz Randolph immigrated with his parents from England to Scituate, Massachusetts in 1630. He married Elizabeth Blossom in 1637, and they settled in Barnstable, Massachusetts in 1639. Some descendants moved to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio and elsewhere.

Harold Marshall Elliott was the son of Vernon G. Elliott and Elise Marshall. Vernon was born in 1915, Alberta, son of Grover Elliott and Grace Dresslaer. Elsie was born in Denver in 1895, the daughter of John S. Marshall and Helen F. Euge. Ancestry is traced to 1st century.

Jacob Aloysius Dorf (1879-1965), son of Jacob B. Dorf and Sophia Marie Greveaux, was born in Cedar Hill, Missouri.
