Francis Beattie was born in Scotland in about 1797. He married Ann Anderson. They had seven children. They emigrated in 1834. They settled in Puslinch Township, Wellington, Ontario in 1835. He died in 1868.

Richard Forbes Forsythe was born 22 August 1900 in Aberdeen, Scotland. By the age of 14 he moved to London and was later drafted into the Royal Navy in August of 1918. He immigrated to Canada in 1920 and moved to Detroit, Michigan in March of 1923. Later he moved to Texas and married Esther Lucille Ferguson 1 December 1927 in Dallas, Texas. They were the parents of at least three known children. Descendants lived in Texas and elsewhere.

Zorobabel Robinette was born in 1744 in France or England. By 1770 he was a dragoon in Ireland. He married Alicia (b. 1747) in about 1777. They had two children. Moses Baird (ca. 1736-ca. 1782) is believed to have been born in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. At age 22, he enlisted in the Bucks Co., Pennsylvania regiment.
