Silvestor Prophet was one of the Scottish Jacobite rebels captured at Preston, Lancashire, England, in 1715 and transported to Virginia in 1716. He received a patent for land in Goochland County, Virginia, in 1738. He and his wife, Alice, had eight children, 1725-1738. He died in 1767 in Goochland County. Moses Baird (ca. 1736-ca. 1782) is believed to have been born in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. At age 22, he enlisted in the Bucks Co., Pennsylvania regiment. He married Margaret Brown and they reared a family of eight children who were all born in Pennsylvania. Descendants lived primarily in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois and elsewhere.

William Frame (1774-1838) married Susannah Davis in 1801 in Montgomery County, Kentucky, and moved about 1828 to Montgomery County, Indiana. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Oregon, California and elsewhere.

Jeremiah Frame (1752-1828), of Jackson Twp., Preble Co., Ohio, was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. He came to Ohio from Augusta Co., Virginia, and was the son of William and Susannah Frame. While still in Virginia, in 1777, he married Elizabeth McGill (1755-1843). By 1782 they were in Kentucky and were in Ohio by 1815.

Joseph Philips (b.1716) and his wife and family immigrated from Wales to Chester County, Pennsylvania about 1755. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois and elsewhere. Includes a report of the details about the organization, the various committee meetings, the officers elected, and the report of the Philips family reunion held in May 1877 at Vincent, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
