Peter Franks (1781-1866) was born in North Carolina, the son of Andrew and Cleia McKinsie Franks. Rachel Hitt (1792-1869) was born in Georgia, the son of John and Franky Hitt. They were married in 1808. They had ten children, 1810-1835. They both died in Bienville Parrish, Louisiana. Their son, Green Franks (1819-1902), married Adaline Lee (1822-1858) in 1842. They had ten children, 1844-1858. He died at Coryell, Texas.

Michael Franks was born ca. 1725, probably in the Rhineland (Alsace or the Palatinate. He was the father of three, possibly four children. He died in German Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, in 1793. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, and elsewhere.

Daniel Miller was (1756-1825) served as a private in the Virginia Virginia Continental Line during the Revolutionary War. He and his wife, Barbara, were married at Winchester, Virginia, before 1784. They had eight children, 1785-1806. He died at Winchester. Descendants listed lived in Virginia, Ohio, and elsewhere.
