Chiefly a record of some of papers of Persifor Frazer and his son John Frazer. Persifor was born ca. 1667 probably in Scotland. He married Margery(Margaret) Clayton/Calton/Carlton ca. 1700. He died ca. 1740. They were the parents of seven children. John was born 8 Aug 1709 in Glasslough, Ireland. He married Mary Smith, daughter of Robert Smith and Mary Douglass, 16 Jun 1735 in Glasslough, Ireland. He and Mary immigrated to America 28 Jun 1735. Descendants...

Henry Ozbun Way and Ann Millis Frazer Way were the parents of nine children. Their daughter, Mary Matilda (1841-1932) married William P. Brown (1838-1910) in 1864 and they had at least six children. The diaries cover the years of their migration from Iowa to Indiana and thence to California. Henry and William died in Los Angeles, Mary Matilda died in Whittier and Ann died in Pasadena.

Dr. Stephen Harris (1795-1851), son of William Harris (1757-1812), an officer in the American Revolution, and Mary Campbell Harris (1752-1837); and Marianne Smith (1805-1890), daughter of Joseph Smith (1770-1845) and Mary Frazer Smith (1780-1862) were married in 1833. Thomas Frazier (b.ca.1726) immigrated with two brothers, Samuel and George, from Scotland to Pennsylvania. Thomas then moved to Guilford County, North Carolina. Either Thomas or his immediate descendants were Quakers, and many descendants thereafter. Francis Frazier II (1842-1925), a direct descendant, moved to Randolph County, Indiana. Descendants of Thomas and of Francis II lived in North Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa and elsewhere....

Johnson Lafferty Condon (b.ca.1837) immigrated from Ireland to Wentworth County, Ontario, and married Sarah Halstead Bartrum during or before 1871. Descendants lived in Ontario, Saskatchewan and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to Oregon and elsewhere in the United States.

Edward Parry, son of Owen Parry (1731-1784), immigrated from Wales to Portsmouth, New Hampshhire, and married twice. He moved in 1818 to Baltimore, Maryland, and later to Philadelphia. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C. and elsewhere.

James George Frazer was born 17 September 1799 in Campbell County, Virginia. His parents were William T. Frazer and Susanna Grimes. He married Locky Charlotte Boatwright, daughter of James Boatwright and Sally Thomas, 31 August 1821. They had three children. They migrated to Ohio in 1832. Includes Berryman, Blair, Shelton, Walker and related families.

John Frazier (b.ca.1745) and his wife, Elizabeth, were of Scottish lineage, and lived in Chesterfield and Mansfield Townships, Burlington County, New Jersey; John died before 1820. Descendants and relatives lived in New Jersey, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, California and elsewhere.
