Family history of William Allen Hammond (1850-1917), son of William Allen Hammond, Sr. and Cynthia Ann Frazier, who was born in Danvill, Illinois, and died in El Paso, Texas. He married Phoebe Elizabeth Cisco (1850-1924) in 1869 in Decatur, Wise Co., Texas. Phoebe was born in Arkansas. They had ten children, all born in Texas. Marion Frazier, son of Thomas Leonard Frazier and Rachel Maxfield Young, was born in 1856 at Fort Supply, Wyoming. He married Nancy Eliza Richards (1857-1935), daughter of Franklin Dewey Richards and Susan Sanford Pierson, in 1878 in Wanship, Utah. They had ten children. He died in 1938.
