Alexander Kincaid (b.ca1670) was a pharmacist of Edinburgh, Scotland and the father of several sons who emigrated to the colonies and settled in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Most Kincaids are the descendants of Samuel, John and James who were sons of John and Ann Graham Kincaid, who in their later years lived on Indian Creek in Greenbrier Co., VA (now Monroe Co., WV).
