Gustaf Fredrik Johannson (later Fred Wilson) was born 27 February 1842 in Stora Karr, Sweden. His parents were Johan Henrik Olsson and Christina Elisabeth Andreasdotter. He married Charlotta Louise Stryker in 1879 in The Dalles, Oregon. He died in1924 in Yuba City, California.

Fortune Dobbs was born about 1727 in Ireland, immigrated to North Carolina ca. 1750 and settled in Guildford County. He married Mary Adams and moved to Abbeyville County, South Carolina. His son, Lodowick, was born in 1759 in Fair Play, South Carolina and married Sarah Adams in 1782. Descendants lived in Alabama, Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, and elsewhere.

John Wesley Melton (1854-1934) married Louisa Ann Buffalo about 1877, and moved from Missouri to Batson, Arkansas in 1896/1897. Descendants lived in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas and elsewhere. Some descendants became members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, living in Arkansas and elsewhere.

Descendants of Ezekiah Rougton who died ca. 1630 in Virginia after immigrating to U.S. in 1619. He married Margaret Rootes Roughton (ca. 1600-1659). Descendants changed name to Wroughton and Roden and lived in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Texas among other places.

John Hampton (ca. 1740-ca. 1702) joined the Quaker movement in Scotland in 1669. He married four times and was the father of at least nine children, 1668-1702. The family immigrated to America in 1683 and settled in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Descendants listed lived in New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, and elsewhere. Includes the Breger, Crow, Dutton, Gilbreath, McWhorter, Taber, and other related families.

Dudley Eugene Lame, son of Theodore Parkus Lame and Williametta Gilbreath, was born in 1903 in Jackson, Oklahoma. He married Millie Almeda Richey, daughter of David Theodore Richey and Lillie Roberts Money, in 1934 in Poteet, Texas. They had nine children. He died in 1984 in Jourdanton, Texas. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in England, Scotland, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, Indiana and Texas.

Thomas Howell Holmes was born in 1832 in Hamilton County, Ohio, son of Samuel DeWitt Holmes (1803-188) and Mary Frazer. He married Isabella Gilbreath who was born in Fairfax, Wisconsin in 1843. Ancestry is traced to the following families: John Holmes who immigrated to Pennsylvania from Ireland ca. 1740-1760; Thomas Frazer, a native of Inverness, Scotland, who immigrated to Pennsylvania ca. 1783 and later moved to Ohio, husband of Agnes Kenney (1774-1833);...

William Honea was born in about 1775 in North Carolina. He married Mary Elizabeth and they had seven children. He died after 1844 in Georgia. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma and Texas.
