Description
Phillip Goodbread, Jr. (ca. 1760-1839) was born in Orange Co., N.C. and died in Nassau Co., Florida. He was the son of Phillip and Catherine Goodbread of Rutherford Co., N.C. In 1785 he settled in Cumberland Island, Camden Co., Georgia. In 1835 he moved back to Nassau Co., Florida where he died. In 1785 he married Catherine Souder (b. ca. 1765).

He and Jane were the parents of nine children. He and Nancy were the parents of one child. His will was written in 1863 and probated in 1868.
