William Van Auken Greene (1866-1952), son of Stephen Van Rensselear Green and Nancy Flora Van Auken, was born in Minnesota. William Jasper Henderson, Sr. (1840-1919) was the son of James Goforth Henderson and Anna Harris. His parents were killed in the Illinois persecution of the Latter-day Saints so his grandparents, Samuel and Elizabeth Henderson brought him to Utah.
