Jacob Hugo Ernest Düben, son of Hermann Julius Düben and Augusta Caroline Kolicka, was born 25 March 1863 in Ragasin, Posen, Prussia. He emigrated in 1884 and settled in Shamokin, Pennsylvania. He married Margaret Bassler, daughter of Matthias Bassler and Clophia Barbara Schiess, in 1899 in Trevorton, Pennsylvania. They had three children. He died in 1931. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Pennsylvania and Utah.

A history and a genealogy of John Lewis, Jr. (1763-1813) son of John and Elizabeth Brown Lewis and his wife Hanna Eskridge Lewis (1769- 1823) the daughter of Joseph and Catherine Linton Lewis. They were married 31 Sep 1790 in Loudown County, Virginia. They settled in Kentucky. John was the founder of Lewispoint, Kentucky. John McDougald was born in 1783 in Scotland. He married Catherine Black, daughter of Archibald Ray Black and Margaret C. Patterson, in 1819 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. They had six children. He died in 1862 in Quincy, Florida. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Florida, Texas and South Dakota.

William Silas Smith (1853-1941) was a descendant of Silas Smith (1812-1853) who was buried in Phillipstown, Illinois. William Silas Smith married Mary Ann Etta Durlin (1857-1927), a descendant of George Durlin (1830-1894), buried in Beech Grove, Indiana.

Elisha Talley, son of Micajah Talley, was born 12 May 1750 in Hanover County, Virginia. He married Mary Hood in 1775. They had three children. He married Ann Wooddy in 1783 and they had three children. He married Penelope Mosley in 1797 and they had three children. He died 12 June 1836 in Heard County, Georgia. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, Georgia, Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma.

John Harr (1777-1827) was born in Virginia, probable son of Simon Harr (Hans Jacob Harr) and Eve Brouzler. He married Elizabeth Merrifield (1783-ca. 1852), daughter of Richard Merrifield and Phebe Tucker, in 1800 in Monongalia County, Virginia (later Marion County, West Virginia). Descendants lived in West Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and elsewhere.

William Lackey (1754-1848) was born in Ireland and immigrated to Pennsylvania in 1772. He later migrated to North Carolina and then Tennessee, finally settling in Lawrence County, Alabama in 1822. He married Elizabeth White (ca. 1755-1855) in 1781.
