Description
Andrew Greele (ca.1617-1697) immigrated to Salisbury, Massachusetts during or before 1638, and married Mary Moyse. Samuel Greeley (1716- 1785), direct descendant in the fourth generation, was the first to begin using Greeley as the surname spelling. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kansas and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.
