Jacob Weldon (ca.1723-1783) and his family settled in St. Paul's Parish (later Richmond County, now Columbia County), Georgia in 1772, moving there from either Virginia or the Carolinas. Descendants lived in Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas and elsewhere.

John Bean, son of Donald MacBean, was born in about 1634 in Strathdern, Inverness, Scotland. As a prisoner of war, he was shipped to Boston as an indentured servent in 1652. Bartlett Eaves was born in about 1765 in New Brunswick County, Virginia. He was living in Rutherford County, North Carolina in 1790. He had eight known children. He died in about 1833 in Perry County, Alabama. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.

Hugh McCutchen emigrated from Scotland before 1730 and settled in Williamsburg District, South Carolina. He married Isabella Cooper in 1730. They had four children, Eleanor, Jane, James and George (1754-1826). George married Mary Scott 26 September 1777. They had five children.
