Ludwig Handshie/Hanshu/Handschu (d.1817) was the son of John Handshie/ Handschu and Catherine (unknown), of Hanover Twp., Northhampton Co.. PA. He married Anna Regina/Rosena Kohler/Koehler(1769-1839). She was the daughter of Gabriel and Maria Elizabeth Kohler. They raised five children in Northampton County.
