Jacob Henninger (1799-1881) was born in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. He married Susannah Laudy (1803-1879), daughter of Jacob and Christine Laudy, in Schulskill County, Pennsylvania, in 1830. They migrated to Indiana that year and settled on a farm in Liberty Township, Henry County. They had seven children, 1831-1843.
