Johannes (John Herstine) Herstein (1754-1829) immigrated to America in the ship "Union" from Germany in 1773. He married Catherine Schantz (1757-1789) in 1780 and married Eve Reiff (1765-1854) in 1793. He died in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

George Kollar was born 25 March 1766 in York County, Pennsylvania. His parents were Jacob Kollar and Catherine. He married Susanna Kuntz (1772-1858), daughter of Andreas Kuntz and Catherine, in about 1788 in Littlestown, Pennsylvania. They had eleven children. George died 7 August 1850 in Fairfield Township, Tuscarawas,Ohio. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ohio and Oklahoma.

Christian Meyer, a Mennonite, was probably born in Switzerland. He immigrated, via Amsterdam, about 1700 or later to Philadelphia, and settled on Indian Creek, Montogmery County, Pennsylvania. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, North Dakota, Michigan, Oregon, Virginia, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Canada and elsewhere.
