Jakob Hirschi (1830-1909), a son of Jakob Hirschi and Katharina Siegenthaler, was born in Switzerland. He married Susanna Katharina Werren in 1860. They divorced in 1885. They had seven children. Christian Hershey (1665?-ca.1720) and his family emigrated from Switzerland (via the Palatinate of Germany) to Philadelphia about 1682, and settled in Chester (now Lancaster) County, Pennsylvania. Christian Hersey of York and Fulton Counties was a direct descendant. Descendants listed lived chiefly in various counties in Pennsylvania.

Royal Terry was born 12 October 1900 in Hinckley, Utah. His parents were George Washington Terry and Eliza Ellen Stocks. He married Tressa Langston (1901-1965), daughter of Jacob Heathcote Langston and Alice Maud Hall, 30 June 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had five children. Royal died in 1987 in Orem, Utah. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in England and Utah.

Description
Henry Wagstaff came to Canada in 1882 at the age of 20. He visited England but returned to Canada where he worked on the railroad and traveled between Toronto and Belleville. Henry went to Minnesota and got a job with the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul lines, as a fireman. In 189l, Henry moved to Utah where he married Caroline Mortensen in 1894. He died 1 July 1947 and Caroline died 6 September 1951.

Albert Petty, son of Ralph Petty and Isabel McClure, was born in 1795 in Bourbon, Kentucky. He married Catherine Petty, daughter of George Petty and Lydia Harrington, in 1829 in Dover, Tennessee. He died in 1869 in Springdale, Utah.

Andrew Hirschi was born in about 1565 and lived in Eggiwil, Switzerland. He married Barbli Schenk in 1590 in Signau, Switzerland. Traces their descendants for fifteen generations. Many sixth generation descendants emigrated and settled in Pennsylvania. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, and Kansas.

Robert Daines was born in Suffolk County, England on 3 Aug. 1829. He married Mary Ann Barker on 13 Oct. 1851. They were baptized by Latter-day Saint missionaries in Suffolk County 2 months after their wedding. In 1855 the couple came to the U.S. Mary Ann died in New Jersey 2 years after their arrival.
