Abigail Van Dam was born 20 June 1876 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her parents were Herbert Van Dam and Mary Elizabeth Holding Evans. She married Albert White in about 1895. They had one daughter, Alberta Leona. Albert died in 1897. She married Benjamin Franklin Farrer (1873-1950) in 1901 in Park City. They had five sons. Abigail died in 1946. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Utah and the Netherlands.

Calvin Guy Plimpton (1815-1864), a direct descendant, married Priscilla Guild Lewis in 1840, and lived in Walpole, Massachusetts. After his death, the widow and family lived on the Lewis farm near Walpole. Descendants lived in New England, New York and elsewhere.

His son, John Fidler (d. 1759), moved to Hopewell Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, before 1703. He and his wife, Sarah Smith, had seven children. Descendants listed lived in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, and elsewhere.

Albert married Maggie Rose Bena 22 August 1888 in Split Log, Missouri. They lived in Montana and were the parents of six sons and four daughters. Richard Whitehead Horn, son of Michael and Elizabeth Curtis Horn was born 28 January 1801 in Warren Co., Georgia. On 3 November 1825 he married Rebecca Cox of Clark County. She was born 9 March 1808 in Georgia. "Early in the year 1826 he [Richard] brought his young wife to the home he had prepared for her, in what was then Pike Co., but which became a portion of Crenshaw Co. Leonard Higdon (b.1795) was born in Burke County, North Carolina, served in Florida and Louisiana in the War of 1812, married Eva Hoffman after the war, and moved to Jackson County, North Carolina in 1828. Descendants lived in North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Iowa, Maryland and elsewhere.

John Ables (Abless) was born Jan. 1, 1780 in Amsterdam, Holland. John came to America as a child, leaving Holland in 1783 and landing alone in Philadelphia in 1784. It is not known whether his mother departed with him and his father. It also appears that his father did not complete the journey.
