Mathys Coenradt Houghtaling was born 1644 in Holland. He immigrated to the United States and in the Year 1666 married Maria Hendrikse Marselis. They lived in New York and were the parents of seven known children. Mathys died in 1706 Descendants lived primarily in New York and elsewhere.

Mathys Coenradt Houghtaling (d.1706) immigrated about 1655 from Holland to New Amsterdam, New York, and assumed the surname of Houghtaling about 1675. He married Maria Hendrikse in 1666 at Kingston, New York and lived in Kingston and Coxsackie, New York. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, New Jersey, Colorado and elsewhere.

Charlie Dunbar Black was born December 6, 1916 in Millett, South Carolina. His parents were Edward Junius Black and Carolina De Treville Dunbar. He married Sarah Margaret Lawson, daughter of James Eugene Lawson and Mattie Eugenia Little, on June 10, 1945. Ancestors have lived in South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, New York and elsewhere.

James Styles was born on 24 Oct 1743. James married Altje Henricus Cavelier (1734-1804) presumably in 1768. James was nine years her junior. They had four children. James was an industrious carpenter and plane maker who prospered with the years. He was also a lay preacher. James was married two more times to Mary Benner on July 28, 1805 and to Mrs. Sarah Stevens on December 28, 1815. James died on 16 October 1830 in Kingston, New York. Descendants...

William Hendrickson was born in Pennsylvania in 1780, the son of William Hendrickson. He migrated to Jefferson County, Kentucky, with his parents. He married Virginia Jane Kemp, daughter of Reuben Kemp, a Revolutionary War soldier, at Elizabethbethtown, Hardin County, Kentucky, in 1807. Claude Le Maitre or Delamater, was born in about 1611 in Richabourg, Artois, France. He married Louise Quennell (1617-1647), daughter of Anthoine Quennell and Marguerite Le Maistre, 29 October 1638 in Kent, England. They had three children. He married Jeanne De Lannoy 19 May 1648 in Middleborg, Holland. He married Hester Du Bois 24 April 1652 in Amsterdam.
