John Howe came to America from England in 1638. He was born in 1602 and died about 1680 in Massachusetts. He had at least six children and his wife's name was Mary. John Frink was born in 1633, probably in Malborough, Devon, England. He married Grace Stevens in 1657. They had seven children. They were living in Stonington, Connecticut by 1666. He died 9 February 1717. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Connecticut, New York, Vermont, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and California. Walter Haynes (1583- ) immigrated to Massachusetts in 1638 and eventually settled in Sudbury. He died 1664/5. Descendants lived in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Nova Scotia, Maine, Ohio, West Virginia, and elsewhere.

Matthew Bristow Wheelwright (1826-1891) was born at Wortley near Leeds, Yorkshire, England. He joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1848 at Leeds.
