John Howe came to America from England in 1638. He was born in 1602 and died about 1680 in Massachusetts. He had at least six children and his wife's name was Mary. He was one of the original Howe family immigrants who came to America. These volumes give selected material and references to new material on many members of the Howe clans. Not all of these individuals are closely connected. Information is taken on individuals throughout the United States.

John Frink was born in 1633, probably in Malborough, Devon, England. He married Grace Stevens in 1657. They had seven children. They were living in Stonington, Connecticut by 1666. He died 9 February 1717. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Connecticut, New York, Vermont, Georgia, Texas, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and California.
