John Jared (b.1737), a son of Thomas Jarett and Martha Kinchin, moved from Isle of Wight County to Loudoun County, Virginia before 1755, married twice, and later moved to Bedford County, Virginia. Descendants lived in Virginia, the midwest and elsewhere. Some descendants became members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, living in Utah, Idaho, Colorado and elsewhere.

Howell Hunter Golson is a descendant of Ralph De Gulston (ca. 1283). He married Lottie Belle Huddleston. Howell was born in 1884 and Lottie in 1885. They are the maternal grandparents of the author David H. Regan. The Golson family has been in Alabama for several generations. Descendants live in Alabama, Nevada and elsewhere.

Description
Daniel Huddleston was born in Bedford County, Virginia, in 1735. He married Rachel Martin, daughter of John Martin. They migrated to West Virginia and settled in Kanawha Valley and in 1785 moved to the opposite side of the Kanawha river. He died there in 1817. Most descendants listed lived in West Virginia.
