James C. Paris (1782-1850) was born in Pennsylvania to James Paris of England. In 1812 he married Anna May in Clark County, Kentucky. They moved to Highland County, Ohio, where she died ca. 1836. He married Isabel Duncan in 1847. He raised eleven children. Descendants include Eubanks, Hutson, Parker, Perkins.

William Wardlaw (ca 1700-1761) immigrated from Scotland or Ireland to Pennsylvania, around 1725-1729, and subsequently moved to Augusta (now Rockbridge) County, Virginia. He married Jane (Jeannette) Harper about 1828. Descendants lived in Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, California and elsewhere.

Hudson family names are found in North Carolina as early as 1697. Extractions from land, property, wills and estate records reveal movements and activities of related families throughout North Carolina.

Nicholas Fisher (1730-1794) was probably born in Germany. He died in Greenville Co., S.C. He married probably in Halifax Co., Virginia, Elizabeth ? (1740-aft. 1794). They had nine children. Isaac Toomer was born in about 1759 on St. Johns Island, South Carolina. He married Rebecca Cunningham. They had ten children. They moved to Monroe County, Mississippi in 1825. He died in 1853 in Pearlington, Mississippi.

Solomon Knox was born in about 1720. He married Comfort, probably in Delaware. They had three known sons, Elisha, William and Nehemiah. He died in 1803 in Rockingham County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, Ohio, Iowa, Nebraka, Arkansas and California.

Hugh Parker was born in 1780 in Virginia. He married Margaret Agnes Knox, daughter of Elisha Knox and Margaret Holmes, in 1806. They had six children. He died in 1820 in Alleghany County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas and California.
