George Smith Rust (1834-1922) son of William Walker Rust and Mary Thurston Rand (d. 1839), was born in Kellyvale, Vermont. His father moved to Nauvoo, Illinois in 1841 and to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1847. George married Eliza Sophia Brown (1838-1930) in 1855 in Mormon Grove, Kansas. He died in Manti, Utah.

Chiefly, a record of many generations of descendants of Jeffery Hatch who was born ca. 1200 in Wolly, Devon, England. His wife was born ca. 1202. They had a son, Gilbert Hatch who was born in the same area in 1240. He married Clara Alicia Aller or de Auler who was born about 1244.

John Axford (1787-1860) was born in Devonshire, England. He married Sarah (Sally) Horn (1787-1832) in 1807 at Shebbear, Devonshire. In 1841, John and most of his family immigrated to Yarmouth Township, Elgin County, Ontario. Descendants lived primarily in Ontario.
