Samuel Keeler of Burlington County, New Jersey was the father of six children. One of his children was William Keeler (1761-1831) who lived at Pmberton, New Jersey and was married to Theodica Budd. They were the parents of six children.

Simon Derrick was probably born ca. 1718 in Lippe County in Palatinate Germany. He arrived in America in 1738 and settled in Pennsylvania. He married Catherine Stapleton (1722/24-ca. 1796) in ca. 1739. They moved to Virginia around 1771/72. Simon died ca. 1787. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas and elsewhere in the United States.
