Michael Kieffer, of French Huguenot lineage, was born in 1724 near Kettenheim, Germany and married Margaret Miller in 1750. He and his family immigrated in 1773 to Bedford County, Pennsylvania. In the 1780s, he moved to Somerset County, Pennsylvania, where he died in 1805.

John Swett, son Benjamin Swett, was born in about 1580 in England. He married Sarah and they had four children. He married Hester Weare in Hampton, New Hampshire. They had eleven children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in New Hampshire, Iowa, Utah and related families.

Joseph Hutton, with his brothers, John and Nehemiah, emigrated from County Carlow, Ireland, to America in 1710, landing at New Castle, Delaware. Joseph settled in New Garden Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he purchased land. He married Mary Miller, daughter of John and Mary Miller, in 1714. They had eight sons and a daughter. Andrew Burnside (1715-1787) was born in Clogher, Tyrone Co., Ireland. He immigrated to the United States prior to 1765 and lived in Chester Co., Pennsylvania. He later migrated to Loudoun Co., Virginia and married twice. Descendants lived primarily in Ohio, Missouri and elsewhere.

Nicolas (Nick) Hendel, son of Michel Hendel and Marie Sontag, was born 17 Mar 1847 in Dellen, Luxembourg. He immigrated to the United States, arriving in New York on 12 June 1869. John Beingessner, son of Joseph Beingessner (1813-1891) and Maria Antonetta Haus (1824-1881), was born 25 June 1857 in Waterloo County, Ontario. He married Bridget Dosman (1864-1921), daughter of Jacob Dosman and Regina Phillips, in 1885. They had five children. He died in 1941.
