John George Kilmer, or in German, Jurich Kelmer or "Hans Jury Kolemer", or "Jurgen Kellmer", etc., took the oath of naturalization, January 17, 1715/1716 at the Albany, N.Y. mayor's court.

Phillip Kilmer was born ca. 1760 in Germany. He came to America and settled first in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, later to Juniata County. Apparently Phillip married twice and had three children by his first wife (name unknown) and five by his second wife, Susannah Stoner. He died in 1814 in Juniata County.
