John Harmon was born in England in 1617. He immigrated to America and settled in Springfield, Massachusetts. He married Elizabeth Cummings who was born in England in 1607. They had eight children. John died March 3, 1661. Elizabeth then married Anthony Dorchester. She died May 16, 1699. Descendants and relatives lived in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Utah, Nevada, California and elsewhere.
