Description
John Christian Hoffman was born in about 1705 in Germany. His parents were Hans Georg Hoffman and Catherina Margaret. He married and had seven children. They emigrated in 1751and settled first in Virginia and then moved on to Orange County, North Carolina. He died in 1780. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

Theodorus (Durst) Aebi emigrated from Switzerland to the Palatinate of Germany and then (via Rotterdam) to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in 1717. Andrew Abee (b.1761), direct descendant in the fourth generation, moved to Shenandoah County, Virginia by 1778, and by 1800 moved to Burke County, North Carolina, where he died after 1840. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas and elsewhere.

Stephen Fewell was born ca. 1653 in England and married Katherine Williams sometime prior to the year 1680. He immigrated to America 29 November 1674 and settled in Rappahannock (now Essex Co.), Virginia. Stephen and Katherine were the parents of three known children. Stephen died 5 October 1721. Descendants lived in virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, Oklahoma and elsewhere.
