Dirck (Richard) Longstreet (ca. 1640-ca. 1739), son of Stoffel Langestraet of the Netherlands, immigrated to Long Island in 1657. His son, Stoffel (Christopher), was born on Long Island ca. 1666 and married Moica Lanen van Pelt ca. 1695. He later settled in New Jersey and died ca. 1740. When an adult he moved to Onondaga County, New York, and married Margaret McLaren in 1810.
