George Walker Sr. in about 1753 in Germany. He immigrated to the United States prior to the Revolutionary War. He settled in Pennsylvania and served in the Revolutionary War with the First Battalion of Bedford County, Pennsylvania. He married Margaret Heefner in about 1780. They had five children. George died in 1839 and was buried in Botetourt County, Virginia. Descendants lived mainly in Virginia.

Charles (b.ca.1750/1755) took the oath of allegiance in Henry (later Patrick) County, Virginia in 1777, married Tabitha Senter, and moved in 1794 to Hawkins County, Tennessee, and in 1815 he bought land in White County, Tennessee (he died between 1815 and 1830).
