Simon Scott was born in Scotland (ca. 1768- ). He was kidnapped and brought to America as a servant. He married Mary Watkins Harn. One son, Jonathan married Catherine Borders in North Carolina and they moved to Kentucky. Descendants and relatives lived in Indiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Illinois, Nebraska and elsewhere.

Vincent Scott (b.1806) was a son of Jonathan Scott, a grandson of Uriah Scott, and great-grandson of an immigrant from Scotland. Vincent was born in Kentucky, his wife was Susannah, and they had eight children between 1833 and 1849. Descendants and relatives lived in Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois and elsewhere.

Jakob Stricker, son of Johann Stricker and Anna Maria Kraftenrath, was born in 1857 in Rekasch, Romania. He married Katherina Hengelmann in 1880. They had five children. He died in 1907 in North Dakota. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Romania. England, Ohio, North Dakota and Missouri.
