Description
John Henry Marsh (1830-1905) was born in Devizes, Wiltshire, England to William Marsh and Martha Sillard. He emigrated 1850 out of Plymouth and arrived at Adelaide, South Australia on the 5th of March 1851. He married Caroline Edwards (1829-1896) 1851. She was also born in England. They had eight children. Family settled to live in Thyra, N.S.W. on a farm they called 'Pine Farm'. After his first wife's death John Henry remarried two more times.
