James Matthew Brown was born 8 March 1856 in Macon, Georgia. His parents were James Gay Brown and Sara Eliza Jordan. He married Caroline Victoria Allred (1863-1935), daughter of Solomon Brown Allred and Mary Adeline McAnnaly in 1881 in Brooksville, Alabama. They had thirteen children. He died in 1937 in Los Angeles, California. Includes McGlothlan and related families.

John Marie Joseph Crowe (1917-1967), son of Andrew Larimer Crowe (1883-1930) and Mary Agnes McAnally, was born in Mimico, Ontario. He married Muriel Agnes Medcalf (1920-1980), daughter of Charles Medcalf and Margaret Mary Lally, in 1942 in Port Credit, Ontario. They had six children. He died in Mississuaga, Ontario.

Abraham Nally was born in Charles Co., Maryland ca. 1847. He was the only known child of Richard Nally and Elizabeth Gorley. Abraham is believed to have moved into South Carolina along with his parents prior to 1775. He married Creasey (surname unknown) prior to 1790. Abraham is believed to have died prior to 1820 and buried in Anderson Co., South Carolina. Descendants lived primarily in South Carolina, Georhin, North Carolina and elsewhere.

Daniel Carpenter (1800-1880) born in Tennessee married Martha Marlar (1805-1880) who was also born in Tennessee. In 1826 they moved to Long Hollar, Alabama and lived there for three years before moving back to Tennessee. In 1837, Daniel and Martha became permanent residents of Tishomingo Co., Mississippi. Descendants lived primarily in Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma and elsewhere.

Charles McAnnally was born in about 1685 in Scotland. He was kidnapped in about 1693 and brought to America. He married in about 1713 and had two known sons, John and Charles (1731-1810). Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee.
