Alexander Patrick Hall was born in Ireland in 1817. He married Catherine McCauley about the time he immigrated to Canada. They were the parents of eight children and eventually settled in Michigan. Information on many of their descendants who now live in Ohio, Michigan, and elsewhere.

Jacob Hockman Jr. (1711-1759) was probably born in Ibersheim, Germany. In about 1731 he immigrated to America and settled in Pennsylvania and later the Shenendoah Valley in Virginia. He married Mary Denlinger and they became the parents of four children. Descendants live in West Virginia, Ohio and other parts of the United States.

Asahel Lovell (ca.1750/1760-1835) fought in the Revolutionary War with the New Jersey forces, and married Hannah Byram in 1777. They moved to Tompkins County, New York in 1804. Descendants lived in New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and elsewhere.

John Francis Coad was born 5 December 1842 in Ireland. He immigrated to the United States prior to 1870 and married Ellen Leahy 27 January 1870 in Glen Rock precinct, Nemaha Co., Nebraska. They were the parents of fourteen children. John died 15 October 1910 at the family residence in Omaha, Nebraska. Descendants lived primarily in Nebraska, Wyoming and elsewhere.
