Robert Heapes of the parish of Kirkburton, Yorkshire was born ca. 1570. One descendant, Joseph Heap (1787-1864), immigrated to Ohio and married Mary Simonton in Columbiana County. Descendants lived in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and elsewhere.

John Wiley, of Scottish lineage, immigrated from Ireland to Salem, Massachusetts and married Mary Cincaad (Kincaid) in 1731. They later moved to Londonderry, New Hampshire. Some descendants moved to the midwest.

Descendants of Samuel Alsup (1788-1855), son of Joseph Alsup and Drucilla Lawson, who was born in North Carolina. He died in Big Sandy, Benton Co., Tennessee. He was a farmer. He married Susan (ca. 1788- 1860) abt. 1807. They had seven children. This family lived in Hurricane Creek, Stewart Co., Tenn. in 1810-1812. Several Lovell families were in Colonial America prior to 1700. Thomas William Lovell (1798-1849) was the son of James W. Lovell of Virginia. He married Ursula "Usley" Gibson in 1821 in Allen County, Kentucky. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Oklahoma, Tennessee and elsewhere.

Thomas McClanahan (d.1681/1683) married Dorothy Mooney and lived in Northumberland County, Virginia. Descendants lived throughout the United States. Some descendants immigrated to Ontario and elsewhere in Canada. Includes some ancestral lines to about 1100 in England and Scotland.
