Colonel Robert Patterson (1753-1827) was born in the neighborhood of Cove Mountains, Pennsylvania. He migrated to Kentucky in 1775, where he was one of the founders of Lexington, Kentucky. Edward Harvey Zechman, Reformed pastor, served the Nittany Valley Charge in Centre County 1913-1915, St. Paul's in Manheim 1915-1921, Beaver Springs Charge 1921-1937 which consisted of: Grace Church at Troxelville, St. Paul's at Beavertown, Christ Church at Beaver Springs, Samuel's near McClure, St. John's in West Beaver Township, and Mt.
