Matilda McCoy, daughter of Alexander McCoy and Elizabeth Hawkins, was born in 1809 n West Virginia. She married John Mercer in 1830 in Ohio. Their daughter, Ruth Maria Mercer, married Robert Miller in 1862. They had four children.

Alexander Beall was baptized 11 October 1649 in St. Andrews Parish, Fifeshire, Scotland. He was the second son of Alexander Beall and Margaret Ramsay. He immigrated and settled in what became Prince George's County, Maryland. His first wife's name is unknown. His second wife was Elizabeth Buckerfield, who died before 1743. Alexander died about 1744 in Prince George's County, Maryland.

John Harwood Longwell, son of John Kilgore and Julie Megown, was born in 1895 in Ralls County, Missouri. He married Lorna Florence Montgomery, daughter of John Wallace Montgomery and Myrtie Gibson, in 1919. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Kentucky and Missouri.

Johann Zumbrun was born before 1755 in Switzerland. His father was Heinrich Zumbrun. He married Maria Elizabeth Angel, daughter of Charles Angel and Julianna, in 1773. They had ten children. He died in 1819 in Frederick County, Maryland. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Maryland, Ohio and Indiana.

John Burton and his wife, Ann, and their family emigrated from England to Yorkstown, Westchester County, New York before 1843. After his death, his widow married J.W. Franks during or before 1875. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Oregon, Colorado, Oklahoma, Washington, Canada and elsewhere.

Georg Friederich Gerwig married Juliana Elizabeth Konig, and they immigrated from Neusatz, Wurttemberg, Germany to Catonsville (now a suburb of Baltimore),Maryland before 1836, and in 1840 moved to land in Braxton County, West Virginia. Mathias Gerwig married Elizabeth C. Uldrich(?) and immigrated from somewhere in Germany to Braxton County, West Virginia. Descendants lived chiefly in West Virginia.
