John Stewart purchased land in Overton County, Tennessee, in 1825. He and his wife, Celina, had at least ten children, ca. 1802-1825. Descendants listed lived in Tennessee, Texas, and elsewhere. Record chiefly follows descendants of their daughter, Lavina Stewart (1813- 1893), who married Michael McDonnold (1808-1841) in 1830, and his brother, Benjamin T. McDonnold (ca. 1812-1854), in 1845.

Barney Flanagan was born at sea aboard the Bark Junior as his parents Michael Flanagan and Mary Nestor came from Ireland. His father died soon after they arrived in American and his mother remarried and settled in Indiana. He married Mary Anderson in 1871 and they had 14 children. He was a farmer and auctioneer before his death in 1917. His descendants now live in Indiana, Montana, California, Oregon, Washington, and elsewhere.
