Angus McKinnon (b. 1800) was born on Prince Edward Island and married Ann McMullen in the early 1820s. They moved to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia where they were the parents of six children. Descendants live in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and other parts of Canada as well as the United States.

Description
William Ellis, the progenitor of the Prince Edward Island Ellis family, was born In Bideford, England to James and Mary Totton Ellis. He married Hannah Penrose and they immigrated to Canada in 1814. There on Prince Edward Island, the Ellis family became quite numerous and prominent. William and Hannah became the parents of nine children. Their large posterity live throughout Canada and in parts of the United States.

William Henry Harrison McKinnon was born in 1839 in Ohio. He married Mary Pruanna Kinyon in about 1862. They had six children. They settled in Glencoe, Oklahoma, where William died in 1907. Mary then moved to California, where she died in 1909. Descendants and relatives lived in Oklahoma, Kansas, California and elsewhere.

Mordici Porter Robinson was born 20 May 1848 in Coosa, Alabama. His parents were Thomas Roberson and Epsie Dillie Vardaman. He married Nancy Caroline Strickland 15 March 1866. They had fourteen children. Mordici died in 1914 in Union Grove, Chilton, Alabama. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Alabama.
