Mary Poulton was born in London, England on 11 November 1820. Her parents came to America in 1833. Mary was only 14 when her father died. She married on 27 May 1845 to Judge Thomas N. Dawkins. The judge died 20 March 1870. Mary died on 15 November 1906.
