John McMillen (1752-1833) was a prominent Presbyterian clergyman of Western Pennsylvania. He was born in Fogg's Manor, Chester County, Pennsylvania and married Catherine Brown in 1776. They moved to Washington County in 1778. His parents, William McMillan (1717-1792) and Margaret Rea, were both born in Carmony, county Antrim, Ireland. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
