Description
A compilation of pedigree charts and family group sheets by descendants of Thomas Mead/Meador/Meadows to the Meadows Heritage family organization. Other variants of the name used by some descendants are Meads, Meadors, and Meadow. Thomas Mead (ca. 1612 or 1618-ca. 1655) was born in England. Six children are on record. Most descendants in the United States are in West Virginia.

Description
Genealogy and short history of the descendants of Joseph Meads (1803- 1880), who was married first to Maria Lords, and after her death married Ann Coates in 1842. In 1843, he emigrtated to New Zeland, and lived in and arround Wellington. After his second wife's death in 1849, he married Elizabeth Jefferson in 1850. He settled in Marton, Wellington where he died in 1880. Prominent surnames include Boyce, Cook and Watson.

Joseph Eves was born 5 December 1814 in Millville, Pennsylvania. His parents were Andrew Eves and Martha Masters. He married Sarah Jane Melick (1825-1896), daughter of Daniel Melick and Mary Magdaline Weller, in 1847. They had ten children. He died in 1887 in Weeksville, North Carolina. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina, Utah, Idaho and California.

James Holton was born 21 June 1830 in Tingwick, Buckinghamshire, England. His parents were James Holton and Marriah Bale. He married Mary Ann Crumb (1838-1878), daughter of Arnold Crumb and Martha, 24 January 1856. They had ten children. He married Abby Ellen Benson in 1878. He died 18 March 1917 In Pennsylvania. Includes a transcription of Joseph T. Holton's journal and the Civil War memoirs of Philip Petty.

Description
Jacob Bertschinger was born 29 April 1716 near Zumikon, Switzerland. He emigrated in 1735 and settled in Pennsylvania. He married Magdalena Bechtler (1708-1774), daughter of Georg Bechtler and Elizabeth, 5 April 1736. They had four children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Pennsylvania.
