Priddy Meeks was born in 1795 in South Carolina, the son of Athe Meeks. His family migrated to Shelby County, Kentucky, when he was about two years old, then to Grayson County, Kentucky, where they lived twelve years. The family then moved to Indiana. Daniel Jefferson Heldebrand was born 9 February 1813 in Orangeburgh District, South Carolina. He married Dorothy Permelia Parnell in 1836 in Centreville, Alabama. They had eleven children. He married Maty Jane Freeman and they had six children. He died 27 November 1900 in Bluff City, Arkansas. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Arkansas, Alabama and Texas.

George Owen White (1860-1948) was born at Lynville, Jasper, Iowa. In 1884, he married Clara Zilpha Hockett (1867-1920) at Hocketts, Custer, Montana. Together they raised nine children.
