Peter Menzies, son of James Menzies and Margaret Stewart, was born in 1827 in Scotland. He married Margaret McKerracher, daughter of Duncan McKerracher and Ellen Douglas. They had six children. They emigrated in 1851 and settled in Puslinch Township, Wellington, Ontario.

James Menzies (1862-1945), son of Scottish immigrants of the 1850s to Ballarat, Victoria, married Kate Sampson, and moved to Jeparit, Victoria in 1893. Descendants (including Sir Robert Gordon Menzies, 1894- , who served twice as Australia's prime minister) lived in Victoria and elsewhere.

Nehemiah Hubble was born in 1755 in Plymouth, Connecticut. He married Lucretia Welton (b. 1755) in 1774 in Watertown, Connecticut. They immigrated to Canada in 1788. They had ten children. Nehemiah died in 1854 in Rawdon Township, Canada West (now Ontario). Many descendants live in Ontario.

James Weittit was born in about 1635 and lived in Kintillo, Dunbarney, Perthshire, Scotland. He married Margaret 23 July 1657. They had six children. Descendants and relatives lived in Scotland and throughout the United States. Their name is also spelled Quhittit, Weetet, Weetit, Witit and Wyttet.
