Thomas Minor (Miner) was baptized in Chew Magna, Somerset, England in 1608. He was the great great grandson of William Myner (b. c. 1450). He emigrated in 1629 and settled in Connecticut. He married Grace Palmer in about 1634. They had ten children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Connecticut. .
